Fees (GST included)

30-minute initial consult FREE

50-minute session $200

10-minute additional tasks $40
that include session extensions, email and telephone consultations, and preparing written documents and records.

These fees follow the Psychologists Association of Alberta guidelines.

Payment can be made by credit card or e-transfer upon service delivery.

If you are unable to attend, please cancel 24-hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee.
Finances

You are responsible for the full payment of services upon delivery. I will provide an electronic receipt with my title and registration number.

Health insurance: many private and employee benefit plans provide partial or full coverage for psychological services. If you qualify, you can submit your receipt to your provider for reimbursement.

Medical expense: if you do not have insurance coverage, psychological services are considered a tax-deductible medical expense and you can use your receipt as an official tax receipt when completing your income tax return.

Confidentiality

I protect your security and privacy of information to the fullest extent.

I will not disclose any of your personal information without your written consent, except in the following instances where I am legally obligated to do so:

If I have reasonable grounds to believe that you or someone else are at imminent risk of serious harm;

If I am issued a subpoena to disclose your personal information in a court of law;

If I am audited by my regulatory body.
